Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This page lists the cookies portal.atoptechnology.com uses. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the foot of every page.

Essential cookies

These are always on, because the site and portal cannot work without them.

• atop_consent: remembers your cookie choice. Kept for 6 months.
• atop_session: keeps you signed in to the Partner Portal. Kept for 7 days.
• atop_in: lets the website show "Open portal" instead of "Sign in" while you are signed in. Kept for 7 days.
• __cf_bm: bot protection from our hosting and security providers. Kept for 30 minutes.

The site also remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme. That is stored in your browser and never sent to us.

Analytics and advertising cookies

These are only set if you choose "Accept all". They come from HubSpot, which we use to understand how the site is used and to reach visitors with ATOP adverts on other sites.

• __hstc: recognises returning visitors and counts sessions. Kept for 6 months.
• hubspotutk: links your visits to a contact record if you later fill in a form. Kept for 6 months.
• __hssc: counts the pages in the current visit. Kept for 30 minutes.
• __hssrc: tells a new visit from a returning one. Kept until you close the browser.

When you accept, HubSpot may also place advertising cookies for LinkedIn (bcookie, li_gc, lidc) and Google (_gcl_au), so that we can show ATOP adverts to people who have visited the site and measure how well they work.

Turning cookies off

Choose "Essential only" in Cookie settings and the analytics and advertising cookies are removed and not set again. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser's settings; if you block the essential ones, signing in to the portal will not work.
