These terms apply to portal.atoptechnology.com: the public website and the ATOP Partner Portal behind its sign-in. The site is run by ATOP Corporation A/S (CVR DK35630317), Svendborgvej 30, 9220 Aalborg Øst, Denmark ("ATOP", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms.

The website

The website describes ATOP and the Partner Portal. Its content is for general information. We try to keep it accurate, but product details, features and availability can change, and nothing on the website is an offer to sell.

The Partner Portal

The portal is for ATOP's authorised partners and their staff, and for ATOP employees. Accounts are personal: keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. Your company's administrator decides who in your company has an account and can remove access at any time. We may suspend or close an account that is misused, or when a partnership ends.

Confidential information. Prices, lead times, stock figures, deals, quotes and anything else in the portal that is not public is confidential to ATOP and your company. Use it only to do business with ATOP, and do not share it outside your company.

Datasheets and brand use. You may download ATOP datasheets, including versions with your company's branding, and share them with your customers to sell ATOP products. Do not change the technical content, and do not use them for products that are not ATOP's.

Prices, stock and lead times. Prices shown in the portal are for your company only. Stock and lead times are estimates at the time shown and are not a commitment. Orders, quotes and deals are governed by ATOP's terms and conditions of sale and by any agreement between ATOP and your company, which take precedence over these terms.

The AI assistant. The assistant answers from ATOP's datasheets and product data, but it can be wrong. Check the datasheet before you rely on a figure or quote it to a customer.

What you upload. You keep the rights to files you upload, such as bills of materials and logos. You give ATOP the right to use them to provide the portal to you. Only upload material you are allowed to share with us.

Acceptable use. Do not try to get round the portal's security or access controls, copy its contents in bulk by automated means, except through the partner API with your own key, or use it in a way that disrupts it for others.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, datasheets and the ATOP name and logo belong to ATOP or our licensors. Third-party brand names and part numbers are used only to identify the ATOP equivalent and belong to their owners.

Liability

We provide the site as it is and do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, ATOP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data, arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page. These terms are governed by Danish law, and the courts of Denmark have jurisdiction over any dispute.
